À propos
The aim of my scientific research is to introduce verifiable process models into complex scientific applications. Provenance data, executable artifacts, and semi-structured adaptive workflows are just some of the aspects that share the same theoretic apparatus, and can be connected into multi-level process models. This effort spans multiple areas, from process algebras and formal verification, to provenance graphs, and benefits multiple application domains from clinical trials and Electronic Health Record population studies via bioinformatics to business process modelling and organisational workflows.
