Description:
All CRAs will have to provide their data to the CEREP. The CRAs are responsible for the accuracy of
the data sent. CRAs affiliates might report separately to the CEREP; however, CESR strongly encourages CRAs
that act and apply as group of CRAs to report to the CEREP on an aggregated basis for their group of CRAs.
Otherwise, the statistics will be displayed in the public web site independently; the CEREP will NOT perform
aggregation of CRAs affiliate‘s data.
It is important to highlight that: CESR will collect the raw data containing the information related to
individual ratings, and calculate the statistics centrally. The CEREP statistics are based on a stock concept
model, so that intra-period rating activity is derived from a comparison of ratings at the beginning and the
end of a period. CESR will not disclose individual rating information to the public but statistics only.

which requires reconciliation of customer funds. Failure to comply with this regulation could result in the
loss of one or both of these licenses. Reconciliation ensures the transactions recorded in a customer

relation to Anti-money Laundering (AML) became effective. This legislation introduced several new
mandatory requirements impacting:
• Data capture on new account sign-up
• Data capture on accounts signed up after 12/12/2007
• Verification of identification for applicable users
• Limitation on users who failed verification
The GP objective of this requirement is to validate the Data capture on the new account sign up ,data
capture on accounts signed up after 12/12/2007 on the ODR page and to verify that the restriction is placed
on the user and verification of the various restrictions on the users if validation on the front end fails.
