the pastyear.Veronica'sresponsibilitiesinitiallyincludedgradingstudents'testsandleadingtutorials
discussionsfor my undergraduatecourseentitled"socialInteractionandCommunity."AsI became
moreawareof Veronica'saptitudeandabilityfor teaching,I expandedherinvotvementin the course
andencouragedherto participateanddevelopcurriculumcourserevision.t also,with enthusiastic
participationextendedherteachingopportunities.
I am particularlyimpressedandexcitedwithVeronica'semphasison promotingactivestudent
involvement,engagement,andcollaboration.Veronicaincorporateda varietyof teachingstrategiesto
meetstudents'needs,no mattertheirlearningstyle.Sheclearlyadheresto a learner-centeredteaching
philosophyandsheishighlyadeptat forminga positivelearningenvironmentfor post-secondary
