Sustainable Design (ISD Swansea Metropolitan) His role within the
Institute now takes him into the Tech & ICT, Life Sciences, Energy and
Environment, New Materials and Manufacturing, as well as Creative
Industries sectors, with a particular focus on design and design

Michael Kirton worked at Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith
Freehills), then a “magic circle” City firm. Advised on and researched
Intellectual Property, primarily the then new Copyrights, Designs &
Patents Act 1988.
Michael went into the entertainment industry, initially with Thames
Television, then with top music firm Clintons, where he requalified as
a solicitor. Michael has been label Director of Legal & Business Affairs
at two major record companies, BMG (now Sony) and EMI (now
Warners), overseeing all contractual matters, renegotiations with
major artists and all legal matters concerning the labels.
Since returning to private practice in 1997, Michael has acted for a
wide variety of music, entertainment and commercial clients,
including the band Blue, Sony, Syco (Simon Cowell), 19 (Simon
Fuller), BMG Music Publishing, Rhythm King, Lizard King (Killers),
Strange Music (Rory Gallagher catalogue) and the talent on ITV’s
“Britain’s Got Talent”.

Richie's photographic career has allowed him many opportunities
worldwide and to date he has undertaken commissions in: London,
New York, Paris, Milan, Frankfurt, Monte Carlo, Spain, the French
Caribbean, several North African countries and Mumbles in Swansea.
With Richie’s 23 years experience and as art director for Vicki Media,

Al Kang worked for companies as Mattel, Alliance Atlantis and Cartoon
Network, Al had the opportunity to work on projects as diverse as Barbie,
Dragon Booster, and Ed, Edd and Eddy. Along the way, he managed to garner
the Ben Wicks Award for Outstanding Canadian Children's Illustrator.
After an illustrious career at Electronic Arts that spanned over four years,
working as a concept artist and lead artist on such projects as Need for
Speed:Underground, Underground 2, and Need for Speed:Most Wanted, Al was
recruited by EA's secret IP development team, where he wrote screenplays and
produced story art for 3 new Next Gen projects ... a gritty sci-fi epic (still in
production), a Guy Ritchie-style action-adventure (still in production), and the
upcoming EA Skate Playstation 3 exclusive.
Al was eventually recruited by Krome Studios, Australia’s largest independent
videogame company located in Brisbane, Australia, where he worked as a Lead
Artist on both Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and Clone Wars: Republic
Heroes. On the side, he's written articles for Metro/Screenwriting Magazine on
the state of interactive storytelling and the narrative arc in games before
joining the Vicki Media team.
13. Xiaoping Wang, held a position as producer and director for

TV producing Holiday Trends, Society strength and Eye on China.
Together with Wang, they has produced several talk shows , cooking
shows and Chinese documentaries together
Working with Yin, like Wang, he brings great advantage to Vicki
Media’s production team in terms of distribution, production and
project management for international project s in China, with several
projects on the table, Yin contributes a lot based on creativity and
feedback from broadcasters.
14. Tavares James Beverly began an acting career at the age of 15 on the award
winning TV show, “The Awakening.” Tavares attended Florida Memorial
University, and he also interned part time at Martin and Donald Talent &
Model Agency where he learned the inner workings of the South Florida
entertainment industry. After, he moved to Los Angeles to cultivate an
understanding in acting. There, he appeared in such TV shows as
“Girlfriends”, “Seventh Heaven”, “Boston Public”, and “E.R.”. He also trained
extensively with some of LA’s finest coaches and teachers including Judy
Kerr and Aaron Speiser.
In 2003 Tavares opened his own production company, "Beverly Boy
Productions Group Inc.” Over the years Tavares’s company has produced
multiple TV shows, commercials, and featured films for a wide array of
clients. Now twelve years later, Beverly Boy Productions is a rapidly growing
international company as a full production house. After years in the
business, he has worked with everyone from Hillary Clinton producing a
commercial for her presidential campaign to a reality show alongside
multiplatinum R&B singer Ginuwine.

features from the P-51 Mustang "build-off"
bike into a modern day muscle car, the
Chevy Camaro. Part of a limited-run

house at the International Motorcycle
Show during that year's Daytona Bike

to bring as little equipment and crew as
