I. Rights and obligation
1. Delivery and packaging
Delivery Port：
Tianjin Port or other port designated by The Developer.
Cargo Packaging：
The contractor should use the packaging suitable for long distance sea freight and
inland transportation and change of climate well protected against dampness,
moisture, shocks, rust, damage and loss attributable to inadequate or improper
protective measures taken by the Sellers in regard to the packing. Should the
goods weighs two metric tons or more, then the hoist position and gravity shall be
marked out in English with international trade practice marks and illustrative
marks on the two side of each case so as to facilitate loading, unloading and
handling.
2. Quotation Range
The quotation include equipment fees( spare parts included),technical document,
construction installation, commissioning fees, design fees, and transportation fees
to inland port.
The packaging fees, insurance fees, export inspection fees, travelling fees and
salary of engineers and workers, international transportation fees are borne by
The Developer.
3. Relevant Site Condition
1) The site construction power source is supplied by The Developer, The
developer should supply a 380V/220V power distribution cabinet, The Contractor
can connect with power source. The circuit and terminal from power distribution
cabinet to site power utilization point should be responsible by The Developer.

etc.

II. Project Range and Technical Document
1. Project Range：
The construction of 128m³ blast furnace, matched raw material system, sintering
system ,power generation system and matched public auxiliary facilities, a
high-carbon FeMN smelting plant (Not include ground and below civil engineering)
The project range include construction drawing design, non-standard equipment
manufacture, equipment material supply, equipment installation and site construction,
above ground structure, initial commissioning service, completion inspection and
acceptance, etc.
The detailed items are as following:
1) Construction of FeMN smelting plant lime sintering system.
2) Construction of 1 set of 52㎡ manganese ore sintering system.
Include sintering material batching system, mixing system, sintering machine,
single-roller crushing, screening system, finished products stock bin, material
transportation system, etc.
3) Construction of 128 m3
FeMn blast furnace smelting system.
Include blast furnace and hot blast furnace, iron and slag tapping system, coal gas
purification system, batching system, material supply system, ore channel, ore
and coke returning system, etc.
4) Construction of public auxiliary system for FeMn smelting plant
Dust removal system, integrated pipeline, circulating water system, instrument,
electricity supply system, machine maintenance, etc.

III. Construction preparation works
1.The construction site must satisfy the condition of “three supplies and one leveling”,which is electricity supply,water supply,road supply
and smooth construction site.
2.Prepare the rooms of eatng,living and working for construction personnel.
3.Prepare 20 sets of 500 A.C. welder.

4.Contact the factory supply oxygen and acetylene in advance.
5.50T crane.
6.Steel plate coiling machine can roll 20mm thickness, 2m width plate.
7.Necessary tools for installation (like chain block,hoisting jack,measuring tool,level gauge,etc)
8.After signing the construction contract, immediately order the standard parts, non-standard parts,machining parts, casting parts,etc.
