Agile has changed my life.
After earning a Communications degree, I started my career as a teacher before moving into software development. I grew into project management roles, but working as an Agile coach, facilitator and trainer is clearly the "sweet spot" where I am most effective, passionate and happy.
In everything I do, I model the values of the Agile manifesto:
- Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
- Responding to change over following a plan
Specialties: Lean/Agile/Scrum, scaling agile, coaching, training, facilitation, servant leadership
