• Joined as Senior Analyst and got promoted as Process Champion/BA.
Major responsibilities as Process Champion/BA:
• Creating Test Plan as per requirement.
• Performed execution of test cases manually to verify expected results.
• Designed Test Plans and Test Cases for User Acceptance testing (UAT) with the help of QA teams.
• Clarified QA team issues and reviewed test plans and test scripts developed by development team and QA team
to make sure all requirements have been covered in scripts and tested properly.

insurance, flexible spending accounts.
• Responding to escalated inquiries regarding benefit plans; investigating issues and providing resolution.
