TRAINING MODULE ON RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION PROCEDURE
• Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Gather machine detail and manual process detail
• Check Shift Schedule
• Fix the manpower section wise
• Set Productivity section wise per shift
• Calculate manpower cost verses production value.
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCEDURE
• Manpower Requisition
• Define skill matrix for each and every position including
• Education / Qualification
• Experience on particular process or operation
• Other personal traits such a Communication, IT Skills, Physique, Personality etc.
• Benchmark salary structure as per industry norms.
• Set the Roles and Responsibilities
• Define Grade and Band
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCEDURE
• Job Posting, CV Shortlisting and Interview initiation
• Post the job on relevant platform writing desired Skill Matrix
• Write up expected roles and responsibilities
• Mention desired experience and personal traits.
• Mention remuneration structure and career path
• Short list the CVs as per above
• Call the candidate for interview
• Review the candidates resume in personal interview.
• Get the technical interview conducted with concerned manager
• If selected, negotiate the salary and issue offer letter.
• If rejected, inform politely.
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCEDURE
• Joining and Induction Program
• Complete joining formalities
• Obtain all relevant documents
• Complete Medical Formalities, Biometrics, and prepare the ID card.
• Prepare their induction training Program; for workers provide orientation on
organisation’s rules and regulation, EHS and E&I.
• Tour of workplace and get them to meet all the HOD’s and HRBPs.
• Provide all the IT services ; Computer, Laptop, Mail address.
• Familiarise the worker about their workplace, machine handling etc.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – NEW EMPLOYEES
• Define Job Description / Administrative responsibilities
• Define Key Result Area and Key Performance Indicators
• Evaluate their performance based on KPIs on quarterly, half yearly and annually.
• Identify Gaps and do training need analysis.
• Provide Feedback to Corporate Team for defining Training Module.
• Conduct Trainings on specific Training Module
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – EXISTING EMPLOYEES
• Define Job Description / Administrative responsibilities for each post
• Define standard Skill Matrix for each post.
• Define Key Result Area / Key Performance Indicators.
• Conduct Competence Mapping based on Standard Skill Matrix
• Identify Gaps and do training need analysis.
• Provide Feedback to Corporate HR Team for creating Training Module.
• Conduct Training on specific Training Module.
