Perched on a small hill above Agios Ioannis beach,Villa 1411 offers panoramic views of exceptional

intense and inspiring blue of the Aegean Sea with the islands of Delos and Rhenia completing a
priceless picture. The beautiful infinity pool - with a built-in Jacuzzi - overlooks the sea as well as the
large outdoor terrace full of spot to enjoy outdoor and views with great comfort. The terrace features a



spacious pergola with dining table and a large, fully equipped bar - barbeque area. It is difficult to do
justice to the complexity and taste of the interiors through words. Marvelous marble with its shades of
grey and white has been used to pave the floors of the spacious rooms of the villa.

The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and in way that best enhances the beauty of its
