“Can i borrow your book please?”
• To apologize
“I’m sorry, i can’t join with you”
• To invite
“Would you like coming to my party tonight?”

pay attention for these things such
as :
• Who sent the message
• For whom the message is
• The information in the message
• The purpose of the message
• The relationship between the
sender and the receiver
