TCO project is a USD 40B plus grassroots & Brownfield project, located in
Tengiz, Kazakhstan. Functioning as Future Growth Project (FGP) Site
Engineering Manager. TIC for FGP portion of TCO project is greater than
10B. Reported directly to TCO Site Engineering Manger and Site Deputy
Execution Manager.
Responsible for all engineering activities within the site engineering area
of operations. In addition responsible for overseeing site engineering
support for Home Office design activities.
Primary responsibilities include the following: Acting as site engineering
manager on as needed basis. Managing RIMs and RFIs that flowed to

facility processing) project, located in Alberta, Canada. Functioned as
Infrastructure & Off Lease (I&O) Engineering Manager. Reported directly
to I&O Construction Director.
Infrastructure Field Engineering Manager for Maintenance Support Facility
(MSF) area. Total value exceeds 300 million. Responsible for all
engineering activities within the site engineering area of operations. In
addition responsible for providing engineering support for Fluor

Yard, Batangas, Philippines, Nov-Dec 2013.
Sent to the vendor’s fabrication facility to support fabrication of 18 modular
units. Manage up to 450 personnel at any one time. Working as Night
Shift Construction Manager, lead a team that was largely responsible for
bring the fabrication program back on schedule.
Area Construction Lead/Construction Engineer, West Qurna I (WQI) Project,
Basra, Iraq, Dec 2011 - Mar 2013.
West Qurna I project was a USD 8B plus grassroots and revamp (oil field
and crude oil processing) project, located in southern Iraq. Functioned as
Area Construction Lead for Main Outflow Drain (MOD) portion for the WQI
project. Reported directly to MOD Project Manager and Site Country
Manger.
Area Construction Lead for Main Outflow Drain (MOD) portion for WQI
project. MOD portion consisted of four projects to include Intake Facilities,
Transfer Pipeline System, Injection Facilities and Water Storage Tank.
Total value exceeded 150 million dollar level. Primary duties included
review of bidder packages; site visits; facilitate constructability studies;
resolution of potential construction related issues; preparation of
construction scope of work.
Construction Engineer. Assigned to contractor’s home office in Fano Italy.
Responsible for overseeing contractor in their preparation of the
construction execution portion of the project. Other duties included
performing extended site business trips to prepare and assist contractor in

engineering staff; review and analysis of the contractor’s base line

Managed up to 72 inspection teams and support staff for over 70 sites.

Senior Project Engineer, Tatneft Refinery Project, Milan, Italy 2008-2009
Tatneft refinery project was a USD 5B grassroots crude oil processing
complex, located in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan. Functioned as Project
Engineer for the Fluor management team which oversaw two Engineering,
4. Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms. Reported directly to Fluor’s
on-site managing director.
Responsible for overseeing both the Fluor management engineering
section as well as the Engineering, Scheduling, Procurement, Project
Controls and HSE sections of the respective EPC firms. Combined size of
EPC’s engineering budgets was in excess of 100MM.
Instrumental in accelerating Engineering and Procurement schedule by
over 6 months for portion of project under my responsibility.
Engineering Manager, Chevron Indonesia Pacific, Indonesia 2007 – 2008
Engineering Manager for the TRIPATRA-FLUOR Duri based Engineering
Department. Responsible for all engineering and drafting activities within
the T-F engineering area of operations. In addition responsible for
providing engineering support for all construction activities. Size of
engineering projects range from and 100K to 30MM plus.
Primary responsibilities include the following: Responsible for managing
projects, budgets, and scheduling; Responsible for the implementation of
design criteria and safety/ISO standards.
Responsible for the overall management of 90 plus personnel and a
backlog of over 100,000 man-hours per year. Responsible for overseeing
the development of cost estimation & proposals for potential projects.
Responsible for providing leadership, guidance and technical assistance
to sister T-F Engineering-Drafting department (located in Jakarta), with a
headcount of 70 individuals.
Worked with client to develop a 24 month project(s) calendar. Results of
participation were an additional 100,000 engineering man-hours awarded
to Fluor.
Project Engineer, Flint Hills Refinery, Rosemont, MN, (2004) Project Engineer for
both Small and Medium Capital Projects (50K to 15MM). Functioned as the lead
engineer or associate engineer for numerous projects at any one time. As lead
project engineer, was involved in all aspects of the project from preliminary
design, construction and start-up. Major projects worked included: FCC, Coker,
Crude and Power Generation Units.
KBR (2006-2007), G-SITES, IRAQ
Director of Engineering for G-Sites Operations within the Iraqi Theater.
Responsible for all engineering and large scale construction projects 50K to 7MM
that took place within the G-Site's area of operations.
Department routinely received among the highest evaluations for all
engineering and construction departments within Iraqi theater of
operations.
Department routinely presented the client with cost saving measures,
resulting in saving to the client of several hundred thousand dollars.
U.S. Army (Operation Iraqi Freedom), 2005, BALAD, IRAQ
S&S OFFICER, 507TH CORPS SUPPORT GROUP
S&S Officer for the 507TH Corps Support Group. Responsible for all classes of

the four primary commodity operations along with the personnel who comprised
the respective commodity cell. Overall dollar value of the commodities exceeded
300 million dollars. Area of responsibility was equivalent to state of Texas.
Secondary duties included providing engineering estimates to higher
headquarters as well as advising the Group Commander on engineering and
construction related matters.
S&B Engineering, TX (1998 – 2003), Process/Project Engineer
Process and Project Engineer working both at main office and projects sites.
As Process engineer worked on 200MM Shell refinery plant wide utility
revamp. Responsible for the design and revamp of the Sour Water Units.
Increased output rate of the two sour water units by 7% and 13%
respectively.
As a Project Engineer working at both Solvay Polymers and Eastman
Chemical. Oversaw and worked on O&M Small Capital type projects
during plant turn-around periods. Supported construction activities. Other
projects worked include; NPG Expansion, Gas Plant Revamp, Holding
Tank Retrofit, Tank Farm Revamp and Conveying system revamp.
Secondary duties involved PSV(s) analysis and selection. Participating in
HAZOP reviews.
BHP ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION INC. (1996/7, 2001/2) Process
Simulation/Hydraulic/Project Engineer working both at main office and project
sites. Duties where split between Process and Project tasks as well as
supporting construction activities. Major projects worked on included: Crude
Unit Upgrade; Waste Water Sewer Upgrade; Exchanger Rating Project; MTBE
simulation design; Sulfolane design; Light Ends Unit (LEU) design; Gas
Processing Units; Crude, Vacuum, Cumene Unit design; Heat Exchanger re-
rating; and general hydraulic studies.
Stone & Webster (1997 – 1998) Process/Plant Engineer
Main Office & Huntsman Refinery, Odessa, Texas. Performed hydraulic, pump,
control valve, relief valve, rupture disc calculations and P&ID/PFD mark up.
Primary projects involved in were: Ethylene – Huntsman, Odessa (on site).

Last Position Held. Military Training and responsibilities included: U.S. Army

over 300 individuals and 50+ million dollars of equipment; Trained in material
management and logistical operations to include storage, shipping, railhead and
