Compliance Analyst
Job Profile: As a Compliance Analyst, I am responsible to drive Health Insurance Portability &
Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the organization in terms of awareness and adherence to the
compliance policies.
· Driving the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) awareness culture.
· Helping the Compliance team to conduct HIPAA refresher trainings at the organization level,
maintaining records, assessment results and publishing them to at the global level
· Working with Head of India Compliance to conduct Compliance related audits.

o HIPAA Audits to verify all controls are in place and are being followed (as defined in the
ISO 27001 controls)
o Audit to identify unapproved software’s in users machines for all systems based out of

o Exception request audits to verify if the Protected Health Information (PHI) exception
requests are approved and still active.
