Graham Packaging was acquired by Reynolds Group Holdings in 2011 in order for the group to
expand its interests in the plastic packaging markets.

Graham Packaging produces a range of blow moulded plastic products mainly for customers in the
food and beverage sector. Products manufactured by Graham Packaging include hot-fill juices,
yogurt drinks and sports drinks. Non food or beverage applications include detergents, personal
care and motor oil containers. 87% of Graham Packaging revenues are accounted by its North
American customers, including major global food and beverage brands such as Heinz, Minute
Maid and Nestle.

Graham Packaging has a number of competitors, due to the relative ease and low cost of
producing blow moulded plastic containers. Competitors include Amcor, APLA and Tetra Laval’s
Sidel division. These three companies compete to manufacture blow-moulded plastic bottles for
customers across the Food and Beverage, Household and Industrial sectors.

Graham Packaging produces a range of blow moulded plastic products mainly for customers in the food and beverage sector. Products manufactured by Graham Packaging include hot-fill juices, yogurt drinks and sports drinks.
