INTRODUCTION
Started IT career in 1989 as a Computer Tech with Allen Bradley Company. Current position is Sr. Systems
Account Manager for Air Canada within IBM Canada.
With the time I developed an extensive experience with all Microsoft Windows based System Integrations,
migrations and custom optimizations.
Previously I was working with many other corporations like IBM, Royal Canadian Navy and Department of
Defence, Toronto Transport Commission, Ministry of Health, Bank of Montreal, Bank TD, NiSource and
many other known corporations in Canada and in the US.
Over that period, my specialization has changed from the System Admin in to Desktop Infrastructure
Designer and 3d Level Support specialist for Microsoft Windows OS. I am providing planning, design,
maintenance, documentation and support for medium and large enterprises.
Today with the load of experience and best practises, I am searching for new challenge willing to share
my knowledge with future co-workers in the industry.

Delivered various Automations, Planning and Design of processes for new projects by introducing newest
technologies to create latest desktop solutions for users in Canada and around the globe. Working with
different hardware vendors like IBM, Dell, HP and others to achieve best possible results for my

configured Migration environment for Win XP to Win 7 x32 transition.

 Built SCCM 2007 environment based on Microsoft 2008 R8 Servers (Software Delivery, OSD

 To package applications I used QUEST to automate some packaging for GREEN Apps that
compatible with Win 7 x64, and then I used WISE and InstallShield Admin Studio to package the
rest. All Virtual Apps were packaged with Admin Studio. VBS Installation script was used for all
applications as Installation_Engine.vbs based on Application.INI configuration file. Installation
LOGS and triggers were set for Installation Failure and Error massages generated.
 Completed installation and QA of all packages on SCCM Server 2007 R2, tested to virtual
machines.
 Set App-V 2012 Server and VMware ESX on 2008 R2. Virtualised all required Workstation and
Servers. Created Virtual Workstations for the other packagers to test their applications.
 In depth experience with different packaging methods and technics.
 Created Vanilla Images for OSD and created installation tasks.
 Created Templates for Security and System Updates.
 Able to slipstream media in to one installation.

App-V was used to virtualise workstation and applications.  To package applications I used QUEST to automate some packaging for GREEN Apps that compatible with Win 7 x64, and then I used WISE and InstallShield Admin Studio to package the rest. All Virtual Apps were packaged with Admin Studio. VBS Installation script was used for all applications as Installation_Engine.vbs based on Application.INI configuration file. Installation LOGS and triggers were set for Installation Failure and Error massages generated.  Completed installation and QA of all packages on SCCM Server 2007 R2, tested to virtual machines.  Set App-V 2012 Server and VMware ESX on 2008 R2.
