Electrical Engineering Intern February 2016 – September 2016
· Developed the hardware system prototype circuits on the Tank Level Monitor and Matrix Meter for the Petroleum
Management Group using Altium Designer and LTSpice.
· Designed circuits, conducted simulations, verification testings and made technical reports on my designs.
· Worked with supplier and senior electrical engineers to ensure the quality of my circuits.
· Performed the layout , selection of printed circuit board components and conducted preliminary designs to comply with
intrinsic safe standard (UL 60079-11 and UL 60076-0) that result in reduce costs of using contractors.
Electrical Test Engineer Intern October 2015 – January 2016
· Designed and built test fixtures, devised test equipment and circuitry, and programmed PLCs to test switches, motor
and life test of mechanical components.
· Supported assembly lines in electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
· Discussed layout and assembly procedures and problems with Electrical Engineers and drawn sketches to clarify
design details and functional criteria of electronic units to support the overall engineering efforts.
Electrical Engineering R&D Intern May 2015 – September 2015
· Supported R&D department on continuation and troubleshooting deflected electronics and PCBs.
· Reworked harnesses and designed test fixtures to troubleshoot electrical issues on production line
· Designed, assembled, programmed and implemented a testing system for batteries and chargers using a system of
switches, timers and a programmable logic controller (PLC). This resulted in saving technicians' time and saves over $10,000 on labor
cost annually.

· In charge of testing and analyzing battery.
Achievement: Maker Magazine Editor’s Choice Award in MakerFaire San Francisco-Bay Area 2015.
Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers September 2013 – June 2015
Internal Officer/Youth Program Coordinator
· Original founder of the program and helped to organize college tours, scholarship information panel and team building activities to
encourage high school students to get interested in science and engineering careers.
Project: Portable Tablet/Smartphone Holder.
· Successfully built the device that got selected as one of the finalists for P&G SASE Innoservice National Design Competition.

· In charge of a committee that cooperated with the Career Center to plan and set up the 2016 Spring Career Fair for more than 170

student group that worth up to $100,000 for 3 years.
