OBJECTIVE
I, in recognition of the laws of society, aim to develop organizations, whether old or new,
through the training and development of human resources because it is the personnel who
establish and cultivate healthy and respectful relationships, optimizing all kinds of materials
to produce products and provide services.
As the Head (Director) of Human Resources Department, I am responsible for structuring and
managing all the staff so that they can work proactively and cooperatively as a solid and
powerful team. In order to fulfill this mission, I am obligated to balance the benefits of groups
and individuals in an organization against their roles and responsibilities by acknowledging
and satisfying their mental and physical needs. I therefore strongly believe that my personal
growth completely depends on organizational development, and that my self-interest is part
of organizational interests. As a result, I will do the utmost to serve the organization.

Recruitment: Recruitment Reception demand of parts, synthesis and reporting to the
organization to implement recruitment plans according to procedure
Compose a labor contract:
Perform compose labor contract probation, monitoring and evaluation of the parts and
compose formal labor contracts for workers
Other welfare policies:
- Participate in the implementation of the movement events according to the organization
policies.
- Implement and update the list of bonus proposals for co-workers to vote under the terms
and policies of the Organization.
Contact working with government agencies for the Organization's activities
