4. Step 2. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (if you have one) in the box
next to Last four digits of SS#
5. Step 3. Enter the school you are teaching at in the box under SCHOOL
*If you teach at more than one school, put the name of each school on a separate line
6. Step 4. Enter the amount you make per class in the box under HOURLY RATE
7. Step 5. At the bottom, type your name in the box Signed
8. Step 6. Save a copy – make a folder where you keep all of your timesheets
9. Step 7. Save as Your Name Timesheet (example says Brenna Reid Timesheet)
10. Step 8. Enter the current month in the box
next to Month, and the current year in the
box next to Year
Step 9. Enter the previous month in the box next
to Month beginning and the current month in
the box next to Month ending
11. Step 10. Put a 1 in the box under the date that you taught.
(Example; October 20, November 1, November 7)
