All’interno del dibattito sull’Industria 4.0 c’è un aspetto che salta subito all’occhio di chi – come me – si è sempre occupato di User Centred Design, anche in ambito manifatturiero: il ruolo delle persone.
Immaginando l’impianto produttivo del futuro, anche nel Packaging di cibo e bevande, emergono infatti numerose domande su che ruolo avranno gli operatori e i tecnici, e se questi verranno sostituiti o piuttosto affiancati dai moderni robot nel loro lavoro.
La presentazione ipotizza uno scenario sostenibile, in cui persone e robot collaboreranno efficacemente, ma pone anche alcune domande e questioni, che i designer dell’interazione devono avere la responsabilità e la capacità di affrontare, a partire da oggi.
