I will photograph portraits of two friends in a studio with a white background, inspired by photographer Adam Elmakias whose portraits have simple, normal backgrounds. I aim to take at least 30 pictures to choose from, making sure subjects are appropriately dressed for the setting. The pictures will be edited to brighten them and make colors stand out more.
2. I am going to be photographing pictures of my two friends, I will photograph
them in a picture studio with a white background, to make the pictures look
simple but a little bit professional.
A person who gave me inspiration for my pictures was a portrait photographer
Adam Elmakias who photographs different music artists. In his pictures he
doesn’t have any big elaborate props and they arent taken in big fancy places, the
backgrounds are usually just a normal background. Although most of his pictures
are taken in black and white I will be taking mine in colour to make them stand
out more and catch your eye.
4. Predicted final outcome
I am going to try and take at least 30 pictures so that I have
a lot to choose from for my final images. Because I will be
taking pictures of people I will make sure that there wearing
appropriate clothing and that we have an appropriate
setting for our pictures.
Techniques that will be used
I will be editing them to make them brighter and to
make the colours stand out more.
