During the 7 years I've already been in business I have
learnt internet marketing could be pretty hard if you don't know the following life lessons. I had to learn
them the hard way, but you could simply read them in this article and use them to your prosperity.
1 Don't set too many goals
While it is crucial to set goals, it is also important not to burn yourself out configuring too many of them.
The reality is most times you can not accomplish everything as fast as you'd want, or at once, so it is a lot
wiser to take it easy and follow your dreams one at a time.
It's a true fact Internet marketing changes fast and you always have to be on top of things, yet it's also true
that you have to point your energy into one goal only at a time, meaning to focus on one target only, and
then move on to the next. Spreading your energy all over the place is not going to produce too great
results.
2 Don't believe everything you hear
Most marketers are full of crap and have only one desire - to make you think they are the expert you have
to buy from. Before trusting anybody it is a good idea to do your research about them first: like how
much they make, how long they have been in business and such...
I have noticed most people just pretend to be something they are not, which is dangerous for you and for
them as well. I understand it is important to present yourself as an expert, however faking everything to
fool people you are one is plain stupid.
People who do this, will not be of any help to you at all.

This is possibly the most important part of wealth creation... it is as vital as working hard. You have to
find time for your hobbies, otherwise you will burn out.
This lesson was actually the hardest thing for me to learn, as I always push to the limit, and I don't stop
until I finish what I started. Well, to tell you the truth, since I started having fun and spending my money
buying stuff I like, business started going 10 times smoother.
Growing financially and spiritually takes not only hard work, but also hard fun.
4 Build A real long-term business
If you concentrate on making fast money only, you will always struggle to earn the next buck. The real
deal is to build a real, awesome, long-term business, meaning having a blog, a product/service that will
bring you money constantly/monthly, a problem that your product/service will solve, a purpose and a way
to get paid.
When you start making some serious money, you can always expand your business and create more
solutions to people's problems.
5 Over-planning is not the smartest thing to do
Although you need a plan, it is a lot better to plan as you go. This way you will always follow your plan
and get the results that you want. It is hard to figure out numbers in this business, and planning might turn
out to be less effective than you think, not to mention sometimes you will have to go exactly the opposite
direction than the one you planned.
Not to let you plan go wrong, or unfinished, adopt the 'plan as you go' approach. You will see how much
more you will accomplish having this strategy going on.
These are the five key internet marketing life lessons I strictly follow to achieve my goals. It took me
quite a while to get used to them, which is the reason I wrote them down for you to help if I could, since
they are what I believe the 5 fundamental factors to grow an awesome internet marketing business.
