In this guide we will walk you through the
Emails section of Webiny Booking System.

3. View PDF templates
• In the View PDF
templates section
you can see all the
PDF templates you
currently have in your
system. You can
create new document
templates or import
them by using the
buttons provided.
• You can filter the list
of PDF templates by
language, domain or
type. You can also
perform a search by
name.
4. New PDF template
• When creating a new PDF
template you need to
input its name and select
the document settings.
• The document setting
define the language,
document type, signature
(for email templates) and
the domain.
• Each document template
requires a unique
document slug.
• The subject line holds the
document template
subject. The WYSIWYG
editor is used to edit the
template content.
5. Email server settings
• To configure email server
settings you need to know
your SMTP Host, SMTP
Username and SMTP
Password. If you don't want
to use SMTP server you can
leave the SMTP Host field
blank, however note that if
you don't use SMTP, some
of your email might get
marked as spam. If you are
using a special port on your
SMTP, enter your host like
eg.
ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465
• After you have configured
the general email settings,
you can set the default
sender name and default
sender email for each
language in your system.

• What are email templates?
• Email templates are predefined email designs
that can be used for your offers or request
notifications.
7. View email templates
• In the view email
templates section you
can see an overview of
all your email templates.
You can create a new
email template or import
them by using the
provided buttons.
• You can filter the list of
email templates by
language, domain,
document type or
perform a search by
name.
• You can also send a test
email and edit or delete
existing email templates
by using the action icons
provided in the template
list.

email signatures
