2. Born in 1982, Shih Wei Chieh
works across multiple disciplines,
focusing on smart textile, wearable
material study, programmable DIY
electronics, sound, his wearable
projects have been invited by
many global event/media such as
SXSW, Fashioningtech, Hackaday,
Adafruit..., he started the
experiment of applying circuit on
fabric by hand embroidery since
2011, He now works as wearable
developer and creative
technologist in Taipei.

4. EMBROIDERED
This craft project was started in 2011, the
goal is to combine electronic function with
traditional textile culture, and explore the
possibility, application of wearable device.
The embroidery provide a way to make
flexible matrix within textiles, the electronic
function brings the pattern of textile
naturally and has visually became part of the
textile design.
