I run a small adventure therapy program for adolescents throughout Australia. We provide 14 day expeditions for teenagers that are struggling with behavioral and emotional issues. We do not run boot camp programs or confrontational behavior management. Our programs are designed to increase self-esteem and self-efficacy through outdoor initiatives and evidence-based therapy practices.
