n ICRA & NRHH Office
n The Gallery,The Village at Torrey Pines
n ICRA meets on Wednesdays at 8:17 PM in ERC/International House (right off
of the Pangea campus loop shuttle stop).
n ICRA enhances the quality and variety of programs for the UCSD resident
population.
n ICRA bridges the gap between residents and HDH.
n ICRA programs on a different scale and scope than that of smaller
ResCouncils.

n ICRA liaisons – realistically define what your expectations of them are to
represent and bring back info for your staff.
n They should be open to ICRA’s expectations of them.
n Preferably year-long term, instead of 2 or 3 switch-offs.
n Invite residents to SURFS sessions year-round
n Incorporate SURFS session & conference info in student staff hiring timelines
n Identify early on residential leaders who aren’t seeking student staff
positions and refer them to ICRA leadership
n Invite us to present at meetings & training sessions w/ residential leaders.
