2. We hear this question asked all the time. The cloud has been
around for some time now and whether you know it or
not, you’re more than likely using it.
The cloud has changed the way that we use, consume, and
create data for work or play.

 You can now access your information from anywhere.
In the past you would have to go to your computer, download a
copy of that TPS report to a thumb drive, and walk it over to
your colleague.
Maybe you were able to attach a presentation into an email
and send it, but most likely you got an angry email from the
email admin scolding you for trying to send too large of a file.

4. Copy Management
 There is no longer one copy of any materiel.
Cloud based file storage prevents everyone from having “their
own” copy of the same file, all with different changes.
Now, groups of users can access the same file, and make
changes to a specific file, all without having to make
unnecessary copies.

 Your full computer hosted in the cloud, accessible anywhere.
This enables you to have the same computer experience
across multiple devices whether it’s a

This is an incredibly useful tool when you are on the go, or

your settings, files, and work accessible from anywhere at any
time.
