Housing is defined on the basis of the income slab, build up area and the pricing of the
Flats or the Affordability
The Classifications on the basis of the build up area of the EWS, LIG and MIG can be
derived as follows:
EWS: Minimum of 300 square feet build up area and Minimum 269 square feet Carpet
