I have grown a personal tool-kit for working with software development teams: identifying and removing problems in software development processes (process improvement), building and managing software development teams, mid and high level IT management. In the recent years, being part of Hadapt, I've been focusing on Big Data and creating a distributed SQL database based on the Hadoop ecosystem.
