HR Use Cases & Customer Stories Rehire Eligibility Business Unit Scorecards Prism will accommodate 20 years of historical knock- out and scoring questions, including data to confirm re- hire eligibility within hiring/re-hiring business process.. Prism will be utilized to capture Trending Headcount, Turnover , Scorecard Goals (external), Status and Trend Indicators (WD). Aggregate Headcount, Turnover and other metrics into single data source. Business Unit specific scorecard which includes monthly, annual (YTD) and a rolling 12 months of metrics and targets with calculated status and trend indicators. Accurate trending of data over time with the ability to merge historical data with current Workday data to re-calibrate as organization structures change. Prism became available to early adopters at the same time we began Workday implementation, and no one knew for sure if Prism could deliver. Replace Peoplesoft, Oracle OBIEE, Alteryx and Tableau reporting, dashboards and scorecards with Workday solutions. Validates a series of knock- out questions, universal to all of the business, that if failed, automatically eliminates candidates from further consideration in Workday.

Finance Use Cases & Customer Stories Customer Accounts Prism will be utilized to merge the custom object with Workday Customer fields as well as indexing the complex calculations used for account balances and amounts. Statistics for Flash Reporting & FP&A OFAC* Specially Designated Nationals And Blocked Persons List (SDN) List Validation Specific customer fields from external systems are captured on a custom object created to support Customer reports. Prism will be utilized as a finance statistics hub to provide external stats and metrics for both Workday FIN reporting/integrations and Adaptive Insights for FP&A (planning and forecasting) Accurate statistics and metrics required to complete calculations on a series of Workday composite flash reports in Workday and Adaptive forecasting Suppliers are validated against the SDN list in Prism before they are added or updated in Workday Business Process. *Office of Foreign Asset Control Prism will be utilized to capture Supplier status from the SDN List in Workday via integration if found in OFAC.
