Remote Control Panel allows you to remotely operate the control panel from any office PC as though you were standing at the device. The Remote Control Panel makes it easier and more convenient to train users and for IT staff to remotely view and monitor the user interface. During a remote session, walk-up users are notified at the device to prevent simultaneous system changes. Plus, advanced print drivers and free device management tools let you remotely monitor real-time performance and available resources for greater uptime.

Our newly improved address book feature has been enhanced with a integrated Device Address Book that works with the devices Network Services. Users can pre-define Fax, Email, Scan and Internet Fax locations for easy access in one centralised place. They can edit or add contacts, if they have permissions, at any time from the user interface. Playing on how users want to use information today, our MFP can save “Favourites” for all services. For example, you can tag and store ‘Fax’ Favourites within the Device Address Book and access them at the user interface. Or you can tag and store Email Favorites within the Device Address Book and access them as well. Behind this is intelligent error correction that eliminations duplications.
Plus, EIP Serverless technology allows creation of applications to run on ConnectKey MFPs, without the need for additional IT infrastructure.
