These will provide students with the essential
skills of moving, problemsolving, communicating, interacting and
decision-making.

It provides the opportunity for students to

themselves and others. It enables students
to communicate and work effectively and
allows the development and maintenance
of positive relationships.

physical activity
Did you know people should be
accumulating at least 30 minutes of
moderate physical activity per day? And
children should accumulate of at least 20
minutes of vigorous activity at least 3 times
per week! Regular physical activity is
essential for the development and
maintenance of optimum health.
