Job description:
 Preparing estimation/feasibility reports for quotation coming from customers.
 Preparing bill of materials looking in to estimation report & discussing with tool room, raw
material departments.
 Creating RMCP & CUTTING INSTRUCTION report for each components.
 Preparing Process Flow Drawing (PFD), Control Plan, and Potential Failure Mode
Effective Analysis (PFMEA) for each & every component.
 Preparing tooling drawings like Dies, Trim Punches, Hot Padding, and Cold Coining dies
…etc. as per the requirement of the component design using AutoCAD, AutoCAD
Inventor and Unigraphics tool.
 Preparing m/c drawings, process sheet drawings for components having in house
machining,
 Involving in APQP meetings with various department to discuss about the new product
development & ongoing projects.

 Making closed die models for the forging drawing
 Involving in reverse engineering work i.e. preparing drawings by taking dimensions of

Plant Description
The plant consists of 4 turbines each having a capacity of producing 6MW of current. 3 m/c
were already erected & was running but one m/c was erected during my joining to the company.
Job Description:
 Discussing with vendors, civil engineers, Management about the Project.
 Regular Maintenance of Machines like OPU (Oil Pumping Unit), DE & NDE bearing,
Turbines
 Hourly updating of Current Production record and forwarding it to the Head Office
& KPTCl office daily.
 Distributing & explaining the work for laborers by proper planning of work
 Site Visit to dams, channels with senior office members to analyze the flow of water.
 Giving caution to the plant whether to open the gate at fore bay or not based on the
calculation made considering the quantity of water flow in the channel & dams.
Other activities conducted in plant:
 Explaining the plant functioning i.e how current will be produced in a simple manner to
the visitors like school, college students & others
 Maintaining the plant as a tourism spot which encouraged tourists to visit and share their
opinion about the plant.
