To whom it may concern,
I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Lam Yau-Hei (Martin) at
Helen O’Grady Drama Academy Hong Kong (HOGHK) during the
summer of 2014.
Employed as an assistant teacher for Helen O’Grady Drama
Academy, he has on many occasions and demonstrated his
resourcefulness while sourcing for information and contacts and;
dependability, when meeting set deadlines.
His drive and enthusiasm is another plus point; one that is certainly
much appreciated by his colleagues. I find him consistently
pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and can-do
demeanour. Mr Lam’s upbeat demeanour and can do attitude
brightened the office and made him a very low maintenance
employee.
His strong human relations skills enabled him to interface very
effectively with parents, students and colleagues. Mr Lam’s strong
verbal and written communications skills allowed him to relay
information in a clear and coherent manner. He is a naturally caring
person with a strong helping orientation. For example, we had a
new child in one of our classes. Mr Lam gave extra care and
attention during the session and sought out the parents afterwards
to reassure the child and parent. I was very impressed by his
initiative.
With his attitude, application of effort and innovative spirit, I could
not be happier with his performance during his internship at Helen
O’Grady Drama Academy Hong Kong. Mr Lam would be welcome
back at our drama academy at any time and I look forward to
working with him again.
