PEOFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 Carry out exposure risk assessment and monitoring of workplaces for occupational hygiene factors like noise,
illumination, oxygen levels and concentration of gases, vapors, dusts etc.…
 Coordination with manufacturing department to collect the required samples for sending to Process safety lab /
Third party for testing. Collection of reports, interaction with Process Safety team and Using the data in risk
assessment activity.
 Collection or completion of other necessary data required for risk assessment by coordinating with concerned
departments and / or from websites.

2.  Carryout the Activity based risk assessment and / or HAZOP study for Process and non-process operation being
carried out in the plant premises.
 Preparation and communication of action plans for all risk assessment activities. Follow-up for compliance with
concerned departments.
 Carryout the activities related to EHS Management System (ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007) requirement
on site.
 Preparation or ensuring the availability of Material Safety Data Sheets /Safety Data Sheets for all Raw materials,
Intermediates & Finished products handled on site.
 Carryout the EHS Internal audits, training, awareness program etc. Coordination with QA and when required on
documentation matters.
 Responsible to follow and implement the applicable EHSMS requirements.
 Coordinating and assisting in all other Environmental, Health & Safety activities and when required.
 Carryout the HSE Induction & Training for Staff and Workers
 Carryout the daily tool box meetings.
 Carryout the regular safety inspection in all Sites & maintain High Safety Standard during all work activities.
 Carryout the reports & document all Near misses and Accidents involving loss of man-hours, property damages,
personal injuries etc..
