Raindropss is a youth-based social organization from Chennai
founded by Aravind Jayabal in 2011 which concentrates mainly
on delivering social awareness messages to the public in the
form of Short movies and theme songs through entertainment
and media. Raindropss is the first team in India to spread social
awareness messages to public through theme songs and short
films. A.R.Raihanah (A.R.Rahman sister) is the Brand Ambasador
of Raindropss.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raindropss.
I am more than glad to enunciate certain activities of
RAINDROPSS in the recent past in order to give you a better
picture of our social organization. Our Latest project was theme
song namely “Idhu Namma Bhoomi”, emphasizing saving our
environment. The music was scored by Ms. A R Raihanah, sister
of (Isaipuyal Mr. A R Rahman) and exceptionally sung by various
leading playback singers and the song is already popular among
people. We has also done various short films and theme songs
addressing various social issues such as eye donation, Disability,
Child Education etc and reached the mass in an effective
manner.
We are working on a new project of launching an annual
calendar “Maatram Thaedi – Be the Change 2014” featuring
achievers across various walks of life with a strong social
message in order to raise funds for children living with HIV. The
rationale behind this project is two, firstly it will show the
pictures of achievers whom the common people can take
inspiration from, after all inspiration is caught and not taught;
secondly the proceeds goes towards a noble cause.
We are in the planning to release both wall hanging & Table top
calender.
Calender will be launched on 1st Dec 2013 in Chennai and the
funds collected from the sale would be donated for the

Interesting Facts About Taj Mahal !!!

Confidence is key
Our beliefs directly impact our ability to perform at our highest
levels. When we are unsure about whether we can accomplish
something, our attention shifts away from what we need to do
and our performance falters. In contrast, if we believe that we
can win, we put our full attention on our performance.
Superstars deliver great performances because they have this
same belief that they can make the important shots. When "sam
Walton", founder Walmart, was in high school, he was
quarterback of the football team. Even though he was small and
slow and didn't throw the ball well, he found a way to help his
team win. During his years as quaterback, his team was
undefeated and won the state champion ship. in looking back he
has reflected that when they played for the state championship,
he expected to win and this experience has led him to win at
whatever he is doing. We often fail to win because in our hearts
we don truly believe that we can win. Believing that we can win
is challenging.



It is estimated to have taken more than 22,000 people to build
this impressive building including labourers, painters,
stonecutters, embroidery artists, and many others.



According to legend it is believed that Emperor Shah Jahan
had planned to construct another Taj Mahal in black marble
on the other side of the river but the war with his sons
interrupted his plans.

We must find ways to silence the little negative voices
whispering to us," You can't do that". One way those superstars
drown out those voices and learn to expect to win by
visualization. They start seeing themselves as winners.



The Taj Mahal takes on different colouring at different times
of the day, from a pinkish hue in the morning, milky white in
the evening and golden at night when lit by the moon. They
say the changing colour resembles the changing mood of
females - in particular the Emperor's queen.

Jeffery Bezos, Founder of Amazon. His parent's confidence in
him was so great that they used a large portion of their life
savings to provide him with money to start Amazon. His father
didn’t even know what the internet was but he did expect his
son to win.



Built in memory of the Emperors third and most favourite wife
Mumtāz Mahal, the Taj Mahal took 17 years to be completed.



It is said that the death so crushed the Emperor that all his hair
and beard were said to have grown snow white within just a
few months.



The four sides of the Taj Mahal are perfectly identical creating
an astonishingly mirrored image on each side. It uses the
principles of self-replicating geometry and symmetry of
architectural elements.



The Taj Mahal is surrounded by significant gardens and a
number of other buildings including a mosque and guest
houses which make up the 17 hectares of land within the
complex walls.



The full height of the Taj Mahal is 171 metres (561 feet).



More than 1,000 elephants were employed to transport the
construction materials used to build the Taj.



Many precious stones were ripped off from its walls by the
British during the Indian rebellion of 1857.

Other Superstars find this type of support in colleagues and
mentors. "Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard Company that they
founded. Their partnership began with in a campaign trip to the
San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado after they
graduated from Stanford. Looking back at their decision to work
together, Hewlett facetiously commented, "We trusted each
other not to get lost".
Expecting to win is critical to turning in top performances. When
we are uncertain whether we can do something well, it is like
carrying a dead weight on our backs. It makes it hard for us to
function at our peak.
To become a superstar, we must free ourselves from this weight
by expecting to win. Like them, we can do this on our own,
having family members, friends, and colleagues who also expect
us to win can provide the added boost that we need to rise
above our insecurities.

  • 7. JOY OF EXPRESSING Interesting Facts About Taj Mahal !!! Confidence is key Our beliefs directly impact our ability to perform at our highest levels. When we are unsure about whether we can accomplish something, our attention shifts away from what we need to do and our performance falters. In contrast, if we believe that we can win, we put our full attention on our performance. Superstars deliver great performances because they have this same belief that they can make the important shots. When "sam Walton", founder Walmart, was in high school, he was quarterback of the football team. Even though he was small and slow and didn't throw the ball well, he found a way to help his team win. During his years as quaterback, his team was undefeated and won the state champion ship. in looking back he has reflected that when they played for the state championship, he expected to win and this experience has led him to win at whatever he is doing. We often fail to win because in our hearts we don truly believe that we can win. Believing that we can win is challenging.  It is estimated to have taken more than 22,000 people to build this impressive building including labourers, painters, stonecutters, embroidery artists, and many others.  According to legend it is believed that Emperor Shah Jahan had planned to construct another Taj Mahal in black marble on the other side of the river but the war with his sons interrupted his plans. We must find ways to silence the little negative voices whispering to us," You can't do that". One way those superstars drown out those voices and learn to expect to win by visualization. They start seeing themselves as winners.  The Taj Mahal takes on different colouring at different times of the day, from a pinkish hue in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden at night when lit by the moon. They say the changing colour resembles the changing mood of females - in particular the Emperor's queen. Jeffery Bezos, Founder of Amazon. His parent's confidence in him was so great that they used a large portion of their life savings to provide him with money to start Amazon. His father didn’t even know what the internet was but he did expect his son to win.  Built in memory of the Emperors third and most favourite wife Mumtāz Mahal, the Taj Mahal took 17 years to be completed.  It is said that the death so crushed the Emperor that all his hair and beard were said to have grown snow white within just a few months.  The four sides of the Taj Mahal are perfectly identical creating an astonishingly mirrored image on each side. It uses the principles of self-replicating geometry and symmetry of architectural elements.  The Taj Mahal is surrounded by significant gardens and a number of other buildings including a mosque and guest houses which make up the 17 hectares of land within the complex walls.  The full height of the Taj Mahal is 171 metres (561 feet).  More than 1,000 elephants were employed to transport the construction materials used to build the Taj.  Many precious stones were ripped off from its walls by the British during the Indian rebellion of 1857. Other Superstars find this type of support in colleagues and mentors. "Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard Company that they founded. Their partnership began with in a campaign trip to the San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado after they graduated from Stanford. Looking back at their decision to work together, Hewlett facetiously commented, "We trusted each other not to get lost". Expecting to win is critical to turning in top performances. When we are uncertain whether we can do something well, it is like carrying a dead weight on our backs. It makes it hard for us to function at our peak. To become a superstar, we must free ourselves from this weight by expecting to win. Like them, we can do this on our own, having family members, friends, and colleagues who also expect us to win can provide the added boost that we need to rise above our insecurities. Regards, Rtr.PP.Aravind Regards, Rtr.PP.BanuPriya
