A leading high street retailer in the UK with over 230 physical stores, online
commerce and mail order, was looking to consolidate its order processes to
provide a single consolidated view to the customer. A custom solution was built
leveraging Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Fusion Middleware to consolidate and
maintain order data through to the fulfillment process in a centralized system.
The SOA led distributed order management system helped improve customer
experience with reduced order transaction time by 18%, better customer

A British multinational retailer with over 140 high street stores in the UK and
Ireland was looking to completely automate its online ordering processes.

A leading high street retailer in the UK with over 230 physical stores, online commerce and mail order, was looking to consolidate its order processes to provide a single consolidated view to the customer. A custom solution was built leveraging Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Fusion Middleware to consolidate and maintain order data through to the fulfillment process in a centralized system. The SOA led distributed order management system helped improve customer experience with reduced order transaction time by 18%, better customer service and enhanced business insight. CaseStudy Omni-Channel with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) A British multinational retailer with over 140 high street stores in the UK and Ireland was looking to completely automate its online ordering processes. Zensar proposed building a reusable process based SOA services to integrate the master and transaction data with the existing IBM commerce suite.
