Molly is queen of internal operations and organisational development at Blinkist. She led their transition from a version of Holacracy to their very own operating system, the BOS. To change their way of working, they first had to get rid of everything. In this presentation, she walks you through how they built their new internal processes from scratch, basing decisions on culture and consciously shifting towards self-organisation. 
