2. This is a mid shot, this type of shot would be used for a vox pop as it
shows the waist up of the individual and includes their face in the shot. It
would be good for a vox pop as you could also catch any hand
movements that the person in shot may do. This is also a good shot to
use for a vox pop as the individual is standing up so you would link it to
a vox pop rather than having the individual sat down which would make
you think of an interview.
This is a two shot this is the type of shot you could
have for an interview. This would be a good shot to use
as you could see both the expert and the interviewer in
the shot, which would be good. This would also be
used for an interview a both people are sitting down so
this is the correct position that you would put with an
interview.
This is a medium close-up this could also
be used for an interview where the
individual is sat down and you see from
their chest above. This is a good shot as
it would allow you to see the person’s
facial expressions better.
