• 2009
– The Company was incorporated as private limited company
under the Companies Act, in Bangalore,, Karnataka, India
– Started development of the first property Maestro
Broadway, Office building on MG Road, Central Business
District, Bangalore
– The company started with one individual
• 2010
– Started development of Maestro Towers, House properties
in Mumbai in Kalyan west.
– Also started construction of row houses at Shivaji Nagar
