The number 20B9 is Hex equivalent of Unicode
Character assigned to Indian Rupee Symbol.
The alternate unicode value is 20A8 which renders the
“Rs” in unicode Ariel Font

application.
Microsoft provides updated fonts in a hotfix. This hotfix is
available at following URL:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2496898
This hotfix works with MS Office and most Windows
desktop applications as well as web browsers.

Copy the downloaded font file in
C:WindowsFonts directory. (in Windows XP only)

In Windows vista/7/8 right click the downloaded font
file & select option Install.
