3. Our Training Methodology In an emergency scenario the heart rate can exceed 180 beats per minute. This combined with other physiological changes which naturally occur in the body make fine motor function virtually impossible under duress. The average adult retains approximately 20 percent of what they learn from any given class. With this in mind we keep it simple using the Crawl, Walk, Run, by the numbers , series technique methodology, accelerated heart rate and realistic stress inducing training. All of these are taught using the T3; Train The Trainer approach. The old military instruction method of “See one, do one and teach one” has a whole new meaning. 11. Events on the horizon March 2012 – The Bataan Memorial Death March at White Sands Missile Range: This is a 26 mile marathon event through the mountainous desert of White Sands New Mexico. This year Andy “The Rabid Wolverine” will attempt to set a world record by completing the march with a 35 lb pack and a training mask that will inhibit his ability to breathe. The mask duplicates the ability to breath at sea level to the same elevation as Mount Everest. The actual event is 4 – 5 thousand feet above sea level.

19. How to be a part of our team Donations Perhaps you aren’t able to provide a full sponsorship but wish to take part by donating services, products or funding. We also accept charitable donations to our training center and athletes. We are able to provide a voucher to you or your company for tax purposes.

20. Sponsorship Packages Bronze – This is the most basic level of sponsorship and is good for 12 months. The sponsorship fee is $300 and gives your brand rights to use the Academy of Combat Application Techniques, Combat Application Techniques and Andy “The Rabid Wolverine” Curtiss’ name and likeliness for promotional purposes for 12 months.
