• Chicken litter 134 ton/day, DS = 52 %
• Sorghum Silage 107 ton/day, DS = 30 %
• Flotation sludge WWTP 70-100 ton/day, DS = 3 - 5 %
• Raw waste water WWTP 300-400 m3/day, DS = 1 - 2 %
• WW Cleaning chicken barns 100 ton/day, DS = 0.8 – 1.0 %

• Chicken manure and sorghum dosed via two bunkers into a mixing tank
• Solid and liquid substrates are mixed in mixing tank
• Homogenized mixture is distributed to 6 main Taurus 30m diameter digester
tanks and 4 post digester tanks

12. Biogas Usage
• High H2S requires desulphurization and gas scrubbing
• 4 x 1 Mwel and gas fired boilers for slaughterhouse
• Excess heat used in chicken houses

• Solid and liquid separation for fertilizer application
