Teams will be seeded into a bracket following pool play based on pool play outcomes.
Seeding will be determined by overall record; in the event of a tie, head-to-head outcome will be used
to break the tie; in the event of a split in head-to-head competition overall total positive points will be
used to break the tie. If still undecided a coin toss will determine seeding position.
Pool play match will be two sets to 25, starting at 4; win by two.
All bracket matches will be best 2 out of 3; set one and two will be to 25, starting at 4, win by two. A
third and deciding set, if necessary, will be to 15 starting at 0, win by two.
Bracket games will begin 30 minutes after the last pool game or sooner if both teams agree.
Pre-game warm ups will consist of 6 minutes for each team for their first full match of the day; following
that warm-ups will be 3-3. Serving warm up is included in both individual times for teams.
This is supposed to be a relaxed, teaching environment. If you need a moment to stop the match to
coach, please inform the R1. We only ask that you do not abuse this and take extra “time outs”.
