2. What is AEGEE-Academy?
• The Human Resources working group of
AEGEE.
• Aimed at enabling and supporting long-term
successful internal education in co-operation
with the Human Resources Director of the CD.
• Focused on the development of the Human
Resources of AEGEE
3. What does the Academy do?
• Organises Internal Education events and run a
database with Internal Education materials.
• Collects the list of free positions in European
Projects or Working Groups and their task
descriptions in the HR-Database and with the help
of HR workers, match these with the members,
who are looking for their way in AEGEE.
• Cooperates with other AEGEE bodies for a better
management of human resources in AEGEE.
4. What does the Academy do?
• Supports AEGEE locals and other AEGEE
bodies with their training courses such as Local
Training Course (LTC)
• Provides trainers to events of AEGEE locals
and other AEGEE bodies
• Gives KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCES &
MOTIVATION for taking further steps in the
European Youth Work!
