Fencer FastTrak Would you like to increase your revenues, increase profit margins through lower material prices, systematize your operations, run a more efficient operation, and be a part of a nationally recognized brand name? If so, the Guier Fence Fencer FastTrak franchise program may help you accomplish all these goals and more. At Guier Fence, we created a program to give you a leg-up over your competition. Watch this short video for more information and to find out how you can be a part of this exciting new program.
It Just Makes Sense to get a Guier Fence From our humble beginnings in Kelly Guier's basement in 1979, Guier Fence has grown to become one of the top fence companies in the nation. Our obsession with customer service and satisfaction guides everything we do. Whether it's residential, agricultural, commercial or industrial, no one offers better fencing products, better service, a better warranty or a better price. That's why we say, "It just makes sense to get a Guier Fence."
The Idea Behind the Guier Fence Franchise I began with the company in 2005 and soon realized the potential of the company. What I saw was a company that was well managed with systems that were developed of the course of the years. Guier Fence had great respect from its customers, the community, suppliers, and the industry as a whole. I assisted in expanding Guier Fence from its one location to three locations in the Kansas City area. During the expansion, I realized that the company was systemized and could be expanded further. After acquiring Guier Fence in May of 2009, I decided that the best way to expand the company was through franchising. With Guier Fence’s experience in the industry, solid business model, well developed systems, and supplier relationships, I knew that we could give all of the advantages developed over the years to owners of existing fence companies and provide these owners with many advantages over their competition. So the Guier Fence franchise was born.

Supplier Role in the Guier Fence franchise system Guier Fence pre-approves the use of each supplier by every franchisee to ensure consistency in quality. Only pre-approved suppliers may sell to our franchisees. Ideally, each supplier would deal directly with each franchisee. Each franchisee would be set up as their own entity, but under the Guier Fence brand name with Guier Fence pricing and terms. Orders would be made directly from each franchisee to each supplier, and each supplier will deliver material directly to that franchisee. Guier Fence Co. (the parent company) will supply material on occasion. However, it is best for the franchisees to deal directly with each supplier as we would become overwhelmed by the logistics of ordering product and coordinating purchasing and delivery on behalf of every franchisee.
The most important part: How this benefits you, the fence company! Our purchasing power assures you that you will receive top tier pricing for all purchases, allowing you to achieve greater margins while remaining competitively and aggressively priced. We manage all supplier relationships, allowing you the time to focus on what’s most important: marketing, sales, and project management. Our brand and marketing materials will allow you to achieve the image of having a business of a large stature while operating with low overhead. You get all of the benefits of a a high overhead operation without investing in the overhead. You will receive assistance in scaling and growing your business. Through thirty years, we put together statistics and metrics that allow us to show fence companies how to manage their business to achieve maximum profitability and keep their overhead minimal. You will receive support and information on best practices from an industry leading company. We will assist you in improving your sales process, closing ratios, margins, business infrastructure, and operational efficiencies. Our call center and proprietary software systems will eliminate the need for a receptionist and reduce your need to administrative staff, saving you money. You will be a part of a team of the most professional fence professionals in our industry.
