1] Go to the level you are in right now with your topic. 
2] Go to the level that is your default or comfort zone. What about this
level makes you comfortable? 
3] Go to the level that would make you the most uncomfortable. What
about it makes you uncomfortable? 
4] Go to the level that would be a stretch for you. What inside you is
getting stretched here? 
5] Go to the level where it would serve you the most to be now. What
about it would serve you?
6] Where do you choose to be now with your topic? Let that level
show you your next step.
The Trap of “How?”

“How?” is not something we know before we start. 

It’s something we discover and create as we go. 


Replace the question “How?” 
with “What is our next step?”

1] What are three things you know to be true about your topic? 
2] Which one of those things holds the greatest power to explore
right now?
3] With that thing that holds the power, what wants to shift? 
4] Who is that shift asking you to be? What role is it asking you to
play?
5] What is one step you can take now to begin moving towards
that shift? 
Take that step, and then go back to #1.
