2. SUMMARY
• An ordinance amending the adopted General Fund
operating budget FY 2021-22 for $80,000 to plan,
develop and coordinate community activities and events
to celebrate Alamo Heights’ 100-Year anniversary.
• The adopted budget for the General Fund has a
positive fund balance of $230,935.
• The Administration expenditure budget within the
General Fund will be increased by $80,000.
• The General Fund budget after the amendment will be
$150,935.

3. BACKGROUND
• CE Group was selected to develop, strategize
scheduling and marketing of centennial activities and
events with city leaders, the community and city staff.
• These are estimated costs for this fiscal year.
• Work needs to continue on the planning, coordination
and marketing of the centennial community events.

• Has been reviewed by the city staff.
