SUBJECT: Case No. 868 F – 533 Normandy
Request of Myles Caudill of Caudill Homes, owner, for the compatibility review of the
proposed main structure located at 533 Normandy in order to construct a new single-
family residence with detached accessory structure under Demolition Review Ordinance
No. 1860 (April 12, 2010).
DATE: December 13, 2021
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-A and is located on the north side of Normandy between Alamo
Heights Blvd and Woodway.
The Architectural Review Board conducted the significance review of the main structure on
April 20, 2021 and demolition was approved by City Council on May 10, 2021.
