BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-A and is located on the north side of Normandy between Alamo
Heights Blvd and Woodway.
The Architectural Review Board conducted the significance review of the main structure on
April 20, 2021 and demolition was approved by City Council on May 10, 2021.
