12. Relocation Service
• The Agent understands the relocation process can be a complex time for
expatriates and their family. That is why we offer our expatriates a
complimentary Welcome Package that will help inform them of their new home
surroundings
13. Standard Charge
Rate of Commission
• In terms of resale unit, the developer shall provide a reasonable budget for
commission (included marketing cost), of approximately 3% of the project value.
All the marketing and advertising plan and expenses will be for The Agent’s
account. Any further marketing cost such as direct mail, long distance telephone
call, shipment fee, stamp, and so on will be on the developer’s account.
• In terms of rental unit, the developer shall provide a reasonable budget for
commission, of approximately 1 month rental fee for 1 year contract and 1.5
months rental fee for 1.5-2 years contract.
