2. Aim
The aim of the activity is to create some
number of greeting cards in sets of 10 along
with a group of unevenly divided teams.
3. Basic Rules

A team leader is volunteered and he/she has the right to
pick their teams
The team then sits together and has to design and
make greeting cards
Every team can give themselves a unique team name.
Before the task starts, a slide is shown to them with all
these basic rules and the detailed ones as well
4. Detailed Rules

Any team can create greeting cards only in sets of 10. If they take
two sets, they mandatorily have to create 20 greeting cards.
All the materials would be provided to them
They have to create
o 3 Congratulations cards
o 3 Seasonal cards
o 4 Birthday wishes cards
Every greeting card they make has to have 3 pictures, 4 colors and
a message with 6 words at the least.
If they fail to satisfy the conditions, they will be allotted -3 points.

Each team will be constantly monitored by an observer
and the quality control will check all the entries for
correctness and allot points.
Each correct set will be allotted 3 points for each correct
greeting card and a whole set will be allotted 30.
If the theme criteria is not met. There will be -30.

The teams were supposed to work on following criterias

7. Conclusion
All participating teams did good with their task trying to
finish at least one set of greeting cards.
Some teams got creating with their design while others
kept it sweet and simple
Everyone learned the importance of inferences they took
from this activity
