3. Create Organization (ICX)
1. Go to “Organizations”

4. Create Organization (ICX) 2. Create a new
“Organization” by clicking
‘+ADD’ button

5. Create Organization (ICX)
3. Fill in all the information
needed for all 4 columns:
Basics, Industries, Branches,
Head Office Details
And click ‘Save’ Button

6. Create Organization (ICX)
There is a bug occurred here when you want to click ‘Save’
I knew that ^.<
The GIS developer team is already noticed this error as we already reported.
Please follow me the following steps to ‘skip’ this error temporary.
Let’s proceed now! ^.^

7. Create Organization (ICX)4.There is an error message here while u ticked
the checkbox. Now, unclick all the checkbox,
ensure there is no checkbox clicked, and click
‘save’

8. Create Organization (ICX)5. And your company will created. Please proceed
to create your project (opportunity). 

9. Create Opportunity (ICX)
1. Go to “Opportunities”

10. Create Opportunity (ICX)
2. Click “+Create” button to create opportunity

11. Create Opportunity (ICX)
3. SelectYour Programme. InThis
case, we select “GCDP”.

12. Create Opportunity (ICX)
4. Edit all the information over here.
Don’t waste time to think what should
fill in for each column.Go to
myaiesec.net, search 1 random project
and start copy & paste it here.

here if you like.

*Note: Suggestion – iGCP department to have team meeting and each team leader create 1
project together with your project team member to ensure everyone know how to create a
project in GIS

14. Search Opportunity (OGX)
1. Go to “Opportunities”

2. Choose your project

16. Search Opportunity (OGX)3.You can further filter your opportunities by
click the filter criteria

17. Search Opportunity (OGX)
4. Assume this is the
project created by your
LC ICX, Click “Apply”
button
*Note: Assume your are the EP now and you are the EP Manager as well.

18. Search Opportunity (OGX)
5. Go back to the project your applied
just now, and click “applications” tab
6. Click your own profile here.

19. Search Opportunity (OGX)
7. Assume you already interviewed
the EP and collected EP fees. Click
on both buttons

20. It’s Time to Match (ICX)
Click “Match!”
button.
And both OGX & ICX,
can continue play
with standard &
satisfaction
